Hi, I’m Melissa. I am a professional portrait photographer and the owner of Melissa Schau Photography based in Grayslake, IL. I specialize in creating custom child, family and senior portrait sessions. My relaxed style of shooting makes clients feel comfortable and gives them confidence in front of the camera.
What is custom portraiture?
Custom portrait sessions allow me to work with clients in the planning and execution of their photography session in order to create artwork that is unique to their desires. When planning your session we work together to take into account final art placement, milestones & celebrations, family relationships and special needs. Then we dream up your session so that when your portrait session is complete you are thrilled with your experience and cherish your images.
